Director of Operations
Courtney Broderick

Courtney has been part of First Choice Insurance since its early days, joining when the agency was less than a year old. Over the past seven years, she has been instrumental in its growth and success, now serving as the Director of Operations and often referred to as the agency’s heartbeat.
She began her insurance career in 2012 and quickly discovered it to be both fulfilling and impactful. With her background in accounting and her love for numbers and finance, Courtney naturally thrived in roles that required accuracy, problem-solving, and client-focused service. Early on, she earned the nickname “Billing Queen,” and since then she has risen from rookie producer to one of the top sales agents at a high-performing agency, later becoming the lead trainer for new employees.
Today, Courtney channels her expertise into leadership, where she is passionate about guiding and mentoring new agents, helping them succeed both personally and professionally. She also deeply values continued learning and growth—attending multiple industry conferences and professional development events each year to stay sharp, expand her knowledge, and bring new ideas back to the agency. Her long-term career commitment is to continue growing in her role while helping the agency thrive and succeed for years to come.
Outside of Work
Family is at the center of Courtney’s life. She and her husband stay busy raising their two daughters, Mackenzie and Gracie, who are both passionate about gymnastics and adventure. Recently, Mackenzie even shared that when she grows up, she wants to be an insurance agent like her mom—something that fills Courtney with pride.
Courtney also enjoys traveling with her family, especially visiting her sister in Oregon. A fun fact about her—her father was born in Germany, and after high school, she spent four weeks there visiting family and exploring his hometown. She looks forward to visiting again in the future. Looking ahead, her family goal is to travel more often, spend summers in Oregon, and one day build a summer home there to lay down roots—while always keeping Henderson as their main hometown and foundation.
