Courtney Broderick

Courtney has been in the Insurance Industry since 2012. The insurance industry caught her eye as a fun fulfilling career and never looked back! Prior to that, she was attending college for her Accounting degree as numbers and finance is another passion of hers, which is why we all call her the Billing Queen! Courtney loves protecting families from the unexpected and educating clients so they truly understand the policy and coverage they carry. She has worked her way up in the industry from starting out as a rookie to being one of the top sales producers at a high level agency, to being the primary trainer for all new employees. She has since grown into a management position as she has a passion to giving back to new Insurance agents with her knowledge and watching them succeed!

When Courtney is not working, her two daughters Mackenzie & Gracie keep her and her husband of 12 years busy with all the adventures they want to do and their passion for Gymnastics. Fun fact, her father was born in Germany and she was able to spend 4 weeks after High School visiting family and seeing where her father grew up. She can’t wait for the day to visit again! In the meantime, she and her family enjoy Traveling to different states and visiting Family – she enjoys going to Oregon as often as possible to visit her sister.
