We had been with the same insurance company for home and auto for 20+ years and our rates kept going up despite the fact that we hadn't had any claims. The last straw came when we needed to add new drivers to our auto policy and were being quoted crazy premium increases. Hands down best insurance agency. Ashley the owner is literally the best. I own a moving company here in town and to my customers I'm the nicest guy but to people I do business with I know I can be a handful. Not only does she put up with my bs sometimes. She's always is extremely insightful and knows how to calm me down and fully understand everything. I'm beyond happy with what they have done with my business insurance and my personal. Anytime that I need a policy estimate for a client of mine or an alternative policy they take care of business quickly and kindly. No automated system or an assistant to an assistant. Ashley has been phenomenal to work with. Not only did she provide us with a large cost savings, her biggest asset is that she is there when you need her. We recently needed to make some changes to our policy and it was just a quick email to Ashley and it was taken care of. I have been with State Farm for 30 years. State Farm is great, However, when it was time to review all my insurances for renewal this year, I went to First Choice, and Ashley got me better quotes and coverages.
